Change of Advisor and Corporate Broker

Cedar Group has today appointed Merrill Lynch as financial advisor and
corporate broker.

Mike Harrison, Managing Director of Cedar Group, commented "This represents an

distribution network.  Cedar already has an established business in the US and
this remains a strategic priority.

expansion, particularly in the United States".
