    Close European Accelerated Fund Limited (the "Company")

    The Company's investment objective is to provide investors with five times the growth of the Dow Jones EuroStoxx 50 Index, up to a
maximum capital repayment of 167.5 pence, over the six year period to 26 July 2011, combined with a high level of capital security, subject
to any unforeseen circumstances.

    The Shares will offer full capital protection unless the Dow Jones EuroStoxx 50 Index has closed down more than 50 per cent from its
starting value (ie below 1,651.49) during the term AND fails to recover to its starting value. In this case, the return on the Shares will
be the same as the return on the Index. If the Index subsequently recovers and rises above its starting value, the Shares will still offer
five times the growth of the Dow Jones EuroStoxx 50 Index, again up to a maximum capital repayment of 167.5 pence.

    The official closing level of the Dow Jones EuroStoxx 50 Index as at 29 August 2008 was 3,365.63. If the Index closed at this level on
26 July 2011, the redemption price (ending share price) would be 109.00 pence, compared to a maximum of 167.5 pence.
