The Company was yesterday informed that on 4 March 2002 Everett Financial
Management Ltd purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares as principal, representing
approximately 4.98 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital. Together with
200,000 ordinary shares held by an affiliated company of Everett Financial
Management Ltd, Everettinvest Limited, the total aggregate holding of 1,200,000
ordinary shares represents 5.98 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
