CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the following in relation to its March 2022 Tender:

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2022 minus GBP0.01 / EUR0.01 (being 1% of the Reference Price), as applicable.

It is anticipated that payment for the March 2022 tender will be made on 17 May 2022.

A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of the Tender Shares is expected to be made on or around 10 May 2022

(1) In respect of the Realisation Condition, the Company will submit redemption requests to the Investment Vehicle in respect of 839,875.00 Euro Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of EUR1.022975) and 3,504,717.00 Sterling Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of GBP1.084328) and in respect of which funds are expected to be received on or before the anticipated payment date set out above.
