Computacenter PLC (CCC.LN), an IT services and computer reselling company, said Wednesday an agreement has been reached in relation to amendments and an extension to the end-user support contract with the BT Group (BT.LN), originally announced on Mar. 28 2007.

MAIN FACTS:

-These amendments to the contract will not present any material difference to Computacenter's anticipated profit performance in 2009 and 2010.

-More detail regarding the content of the amendments will follow on Aug. 27 when Computacenter releases its interim results.
