                                 Board Changes



Cardpoint, the market leader in the independent cash machine sector, announces
that Paul Saxton, Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed to the Board.  In
addition, Robin Gregson is to stand down from his position as Finance Director
in order to pursue other business interests and the Company announces that
Philip Lanigan has been appointed as Cardpoint's new Finance Director.



Paul Saxton (43) joined as Chief Operating Officer on 18 December 2006 and will
become a Board Director with immediate effect.  Paul joined from Bradford &
Bingley PLC where he was Managing Director from 2004 to 2006 with overall
responsibility for all retail activity within the Group during a period when it
delivered strong profit improvement.  Previously Paul spent 22 years from 1982
at B&Q in a number of roles.  From 2003 he served as Director of B&Q
International following a year as Director of International Development.  During
this period he helped establish new businesses in China, Korea and Turkey,
taking B&Q China to No. 1 market share position within four years of market
entrance.  Paul holds options over 1 million Cardpoint ordinary shares.



Philip Nicholas Lanigan (42) joins the Company as Finance Director with
immediate effect.  Philip is a Chartered Accountant having trained at and spent
nine years with Price Waterhouse before leaving in 1994 to join NIS Limited as
Finance Director.  From 1999 to 2005, Philip was Group Finance Director of NNC
Holdings Limited, a private equity backed engineering consultancy and project
management services group.  He joins Cardpoint from NES Group Limited where he
was Group Finance Director from December 2005 until January 2007.  NES is an
international specialist technical recruitment company.



Robin Gregson has been Finance Director of Cardpoint since 2004.  To enable an
orderly handover, he has agreed to remain with the Company until the end of May
when he will step down from the Board.



Bob Thian, Chairman of Cardpoint, said:

contribution to the Company's development over the past three years.  We are
pleased that he has agreed to stay on until the end of May to ensure an orderly

There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to 
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
