The Company received a notification today from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc
informing it that on 31 October 2006, they was interested, "by attribution
only", in a total of 10,519,291 shares representing 9.99% of the issued share
capital of the Company of which 10,425,635 shares (9.9%) was a beneficial
interest held by Goldman Sachs International.
