Completion of two new investments

The Company announces that it has recently completed investments totalling GBP2.72 million to support the management buy-out of two businesses; ACC Aviation & Business Collaborator Limited.

ACC Aviation is a market leader in the provision of broking services on short term aircraft leases around the world. Business Collaborator is a well-established collaboration software provider (primarily for the construction industry).

This brings the aggregate investment during the first eleven months of the current financial year into both new and existing companies to GBP12.85 million.
