        Transactions in shares of Mariella Burani Fashion Group ("MBFG")





Further to the announcement dated 18 September 2007 - "Transactions in shares of
Mariella Burani Fashion Group" - Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "
Company") wishes to clarify that between the dates of 14 August 2007 and 13
September 2007 it made gross purchases of 451,027 ordinary shares at a weighted
average price of Euro23.43 and no disposals. The total purchase consideration was
Euro10.57 million.



As a result of these transactions, BDH currently holds 16,231,798 ordinary
shares of MBFG, representing 54.3% of the total outstanding shares of MBFG.
