Notice of change of interests of substantial holder

The Company has today been notified of a change in the interests of Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") in the Company in relation to its off-market takeover offer to acquire all the ordinary shares in the Company and shares purchased by Norton on-market. The Company has been informed that Norton has a relevant interest in 196,174,628 Bullabulling shares, representing 55.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
