Capital Reduction and Distribution

Further to the announcement on 15 January 2016 relating to the capital increase of the nominal value of each share from EUR0.01 to EUR 0.04 and the proposed capital reduction, the Company is hereby pleased to announce that the capital reduction is now expected to become effective on 29 March 2016 at which point the nominal value of each share will be reduced from EUR 0.04 to EUR 0.01 totalling EUR 4,848,301.92. Consequently a capital distribution of EUR 4,848,301.92 (EUR 0.03 per share) will be paid on or around 4 April 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 March 2016.
