American International Group, Inc. Declares Quarterly Stock
Dividend

The Board of Directors of American International Group, Inc. (AIG)
today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock
of 4.7 cents per share, payable on March 21, 2003 to shareholders of
record on March 7, 2003.

and industrial insurance in the United States, and among the
