    Management share purchase

    Bateman Engineering announces that the Company was notified today that Eddie Du Rand (CEO) and Pieter Du Plessis (CFO) have today
acquired 25,000 shares and 20,000 shares in the Company respectively at a purchase price of 17 pence per share.  

    The aggregate holding in the Company following these purchases by Eddie Du Rand is 40,000 and Pieter Du Plessis is 20,000, representing
0.09% and 0.05% respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
