APPOINTMENT OF CANACCORD GENUITY AS BROKER & NOMAD

Baobab Resources Plc ('Baobab' or the 'Company'), the Aim listed Mozambique focused mining company, is pleased to announce that Canaccord Genuity Limited ('Canaccord') has been appointed as Nominated Advisor ('Nomad') and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Commenting today, Jeremy Dowler, Baobab's Chairman, said: 'We are very pleased to have appointed a Nomad and broker of the calibre of Canaccord and look forward to working closely with their group both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
