                          First Day of Dealings on AIM


Following the approval of the special resolutions at the Extraordinary General
Meeting ("EGM") and Class Meetings held yesterday, the Company announces the
admission, in aggregate, of 885,191,389 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary
Shares") to trading on AIM today.

At the EGM, Barry Gold resigned as a director of the Company. Anthony Moore was
appointed Non-executive Chairman; Dr Satu Vainikka was appointed Chief
Executive; Dr Jacob Micallef was appointed Chief Operating Officer; Dr George
Morris was appointed Chief Development Officer and Kevin Alexander was appointed
as a Non-executive Director of the Company. Gerald Desler remains as Finance
Director.

The Company's name is expected to change to ValiRx plc effective from 4 October
2006.

Anthony Moore, Non-executive Chairman, ValiRx plc, commented:

'I am delighted that the reverse transaction into Azure Holdings plc has
completed and the enlarged group is quoted on AIM. I believe that the Company
