ALLIANZ DRESDNER ENDOWMENT POLICY TRUST 2010 PLC 
NOTICE OF EGM 
4 November 2010 
 
Allianz Dresdner Endowment Policy Trust 2010 plc (the "Company") has today 
posted a circular (the "Circular") to shareholders convening an extraordinary 
general meeting (the "EGM") to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 1 December 2010. 
 
The Company's articles of association (the "Articles") require that a general 
meeting be convened on 31 December 2010 (or, if the directors so elect, within 
14 days thereafter) to propose a resolution to put the Company into a members' 
voluntary winding up.  Most of the endowment policies held by the Company have 
matured or, in a small number of cases, have been surrendered.  The Board 
therefore wishes to bring forward the date for winding up the Company to 1 
December 2010 and a resolution will be proposed at the EGM that the Articles are 
amended to this effect.  If this resolution is passed, a separate resolution 
will be proposed at the EGM to wind up the Company on 1 December 2010. 
 
As described in the Circular, it is intended that the Company's ordinary shares 
be suspended from listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and 
from trading on the London Stock Exchange at 7.30 a.m. on 1 December 2010 and 
that listing of those shares be cancelled no later than 8.00 a.m. on 2 December 
2010.
