AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday, 16 September 2014, the following purchases:

Philip Aiken, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, purchased 600 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of GBP15.40 per share. Following this, Mr Aiken owns 1,537 ordinary shares representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Jennifer Allerton, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of GBP15.41 per share. Following this, Ms Allerton owns 3,000 ordinary shares representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Jonathan Brooks, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of GBP15.44 per share. Following this, Mr Brooks owns 1,500 ordinary shares representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
