Avisen, the AIM quoted performance management specialist, announces that the 
Company has been notified that as a result of the recent issue of consideration 
shares following the acquisition of Quadrum Consulting (Proprietry) Limited, as 
announced on 9 July 2009, Marcus Hanke's (Chief Executive Officer) holding of 
28,605,259 ordinary shares in the capital of Avisen now represents 24.75 per 
cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
