  Please be advised that Talisman Energy Inc. ("Talisman") filed a Pricing Term Sheet with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") under cover of a FWP on May 27, 2009. Talisman also filed a prospectus supplement dated May 27, 2009 (the "Supplement") with the SEC on May 28, 2009. The Pricing Term Sheet and the Supplement relate to the issuance of US$700,000,000 of 7.75% Notes due on June 1, 2019.
