Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 April 2017, Amati VCT 2 plc's share capital consists of
34,285,177 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not
hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Amati VCT 2 plc

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
