Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"),
a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset
finance industry announces that on 19 January 2022 it purchased the
following number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
pursuant to its share buyback programme, details of which were
announced on 18 January 2022.
