Management Changes

AIREA announces that Steve Harrison, the Group's chief operating officer and the
acting managing director of the Group's floor coverings business, will leave the
Group on Friday 29 February 2008.

Steve has played a key role in implementing a number of strategic changes over
the last two years including the reorganisation of the residential floor
coverings business, the amalgamation of the Burmatex and Ryalux businesses and
the sale of the Specialist Yarns division.

Pending completion of the recruitment process for the managing director of the
floor coverings business, an experienced interim manager has been appointed to
carry out this role.
