Appointment of Finance Director

Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc (the "Company") announces that it has appointed Andrew James Donnelly, 48, to its board of directors where he will be the Finance Director. Andrew has carried out the role as of Chief Financial Officer since September 2015, prior to which Andrew held the position within the Company of Group Financial Controller.
