Further to the announcement dated 3 April 2014, following approval at a committee board meeting held today and the demerger becoming effective, the Registrar of Companies has issued a change of name certificate to change the company name to Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc. Application has been made to the Stock Exchange to change the ticker from TAW to PROG.
