     TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 
    For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of
ordinary shares of 0.01 Euro of Ablon Group Limited ("Shares") in issue as at the date of this notice is 108,864,099.
This includes 20,541 Shares held in treasury which have no voting rights.
    The total number of Shares in the Company with voting rights is therefore 108,843,558.
    The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
