Jonathan Keighley stepped down as a Director of the Company on 24 November 2015.

Paul Marshall resigned as an Alternate to Samantha Pitt and was appointed as a Director of the Company.

Further, the Company was advised on 24 November 2015 that Jocelyn Coad had stepped down as a Director of the Company on 31 July 2015.

The Company was also advised on 24 November 2015 that Vinoy Nursiah had resigned as an Alternate to Robert Berry and was appointed as a Director of the Company.
