On October 7th 1998 BritChem Trading Ltd and Tiszai Vegyi Kombinat Rt. signed an
agreement.  According to the sindicated agreement, which comes into force on the
day of the signing, TVK Rt as majority owner, jointly with the London
headquartered company operate a trading company, under the name of TVK-Polska.
