Does this work?.. Have two trading accounts with a bunch of RDGL in one of them. Sell from that account while buying from the other (net no change to you) with the intention of driving the price down, while flushing out traders, again driving the price down. Then pick up available shares.

Correct and the clinicaltrials site could not be updated without a potential legal challenge or problems with FDA until the rational for the change was publicly shared before peers.
