Securities enter a Grace Period when OTC Markets Group is no longer able to confirm that the issuerโs disclosure is current and publicly available as required under Rule 15c2-11. When a security enters a Grace Period, it can continue to be publicly quoted for 15 days. At the end of the 15-day Grace Period, if the required disclosure is not available, the security will move to the Expert Market for unsolicited quoting only, unless OTC Markets Group determines another exception under Rule 15c2-11 applies, such as the Large Company/ADTV exception.

I am in just about every Ben shell, HENI may finally be ready to go, AESO and NHYF look very promising. So did this, but always leary of these chinese pinkies. Not all of Ben's ended up well, RIBS went bad (the last I checked), LPHM (now RONN) turned into a share-printing dilution machine. Once he hands over the reins it's really out of his hands, although he still holds shares many times and that is the case with HENI as far as I know.

Everything was fine with this one until the audited financials were due, then,,,,,,,, website went dark, email goes unanswered and phone goes to a voicemail and is unanswered.
They have put a lot of time and energy into this one but .......is it real or was it all a fake job to sell shares?
I will be calling china soon to get more answers

The legislation poses the most serious risk to TikTok since US officials began raising concerns about the app in 2020. Under what is now US law, TikTok is forced to find a new owner within months or be banned from the United States entirely.
Hereโs what we know and how it could affect you.
What does the TikTok legislation do?
The bill that Biden signed gives TikTokโs Chinese parent, ByteDance, 270 days to sell TikTok. Failure to do so would lead to significant consequences: TikTok would be prohibited from US app stores and from โinternet hosting servicesโ that support it.
That would effectively restrict new downloads of the app and interaction with its content. Bidenโs decision to sign the bill on Wednesday puts the deadline for a sale at January 19, 2025. Under the legislation, however, Biden could extend the deadline another 90 days if he determines the companyโs made progress toward a sale, giving TikTok potentially up to a year before facing a ban.

yea there is something to be said for that too. I am riding this as well, I could not dump the remaining 150k shares if I wanted to, and besides, it is one hell of a shell to be sold somewhere,

Welll.... web site is down, phone goes unanswered, emails do not get returned.
I have three theories
1. it was an intentional fleece job, this I find hard to believe I did a deep dive into everyone concerned with this company and every aspect appeared to pass the sniff test however I did notice their website was built through go daddy, found that unusual since they have the talent, and the lawyer they used heard a rumor he was mobbed up. Found that hard to believe since their office is one block from Wall st. downtown NY.
2. With the blocking of tick-tock this company did not want to gamble on the US market at this time.
3. They were not happy with the volume and share price and will now go silent and return onto the NASDAQ...(they will qualify within a year)
