While looks like my investment in (ZAAG) has a 50/50% chance of bouncing back.Why???🤑😎 From doing a lil more (dd) (ZAAG) is having a problem with it's Cash flow and Debts as a growing concern and considers itself as a Holding Company for Under-Valued Nichie Companys.🤑😎 (ZAAG) also owns 3-Subsidiaries-NFID LLC-E-Roots Sys and Forever Brands and Rent space a on a month to month term as of 11/13/2023 filing.😎 (ZAAG-Ceo) Is trying to raise Capital by selling stock under Reg-A and cutting cost by setting up payment plans with Venders and Service Providers a like. He has also currently started to Restructure some of these Obligations per the 11/13/2023 filing.So as (ZAAG-Coe) trys to work out this Restructing plan and hold on to this Company and keep it from going to the E/M. So, Canouse has Q1 financials released last November, why stop there? How about Quarters ending June, Sept and the Annual filing for 2023. If he took the time to file Q1, my guess is other filings will come soon, Canouse will want to sell shares again this year, watching for filings and pump machine to fully activate
