Verify Smart Corporation announces the addition of Anthony Lalley,
Financial and Telecommunications professional to its Board of
Directors
FERNLEY, Nev., Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Verify Smart
Corporation (OTCBB:VSMR) a global innovator in financial fraud
prevention and digital content distribution to the mobile channel
today announced the addition of Anthony
Lalley to the Board of Directors.
Anthony began his career as a systems analyst with Prudential
Insurance Company and was trained at IBM's Education Center. He
continued his career with ADP and developed the first brokerage
accounting system service which is still in use today. He then
consulted for Arthur Andersen & Co. and developed an Accounting
System for Oil and Gas exploration for the Rockefeller Brothers
Trust and interfaced with New York
Governor Nelson Rockefeller. He also
converted Arthur Andersen's Tax Department to an online tax
preparation system for individuals.
Anthony then joined The New York Stock Exchange where he
designed the currently existing CUSIP System (universal numbering
system for securities) as the NYSE's member of the Committee. He
designed and developed the system utilized by Depository Trust and
Clearing Corp. enabling the volume of trading that exists today.
Anthony was also the Director of Information Technology at Lehman
Brothers & Co. and later VP of operations at Shields & Co.
where he managed the firm's operations as well as IT.
Anthony was a Director with MCI International where he was in
charge of internal networks and supporting systems, as well as IT
support for International sales, marketing and finance for Global
Telecommunications. He also consulted with a wide array of
companies including Morgan Stanley, LF Rothschild, JP Morgan,
Fiduciary Trust Co., Federal Student Loan Program, Farmland Dairies
and Cruise Lines Reservation Systems.
