The symbol is GEVI.

The private company is Global CBD in Idaho. Huge hemp farm. Along with many connections per their Facebook and Instagram pages. NevadaSOS shows Joel Bourdeaux as new owner.

From following Global CBD the past several months it looks like they want to become a BIG operation. I think they've got the connections to do just thst.

Not too many took my GMOS (now FLHI) seriously. But it paid off handsomely. I think this can be better.

I believe it does reduce the risk of a control block common being issued. What's the ticker? Feel free to PM

It's on their linked in pages. From what I remember one left in December and the other in January. Both got jobs in medical device companies in Minnesota.

OT if I'm not mistaken you are pretty involved in shells and reverse mergers.

I have a shell I like alot. Reminds me of one I bought from .08-.02 area and within a year was selling for .40.

This other one I think may be much better due to the owner of the private company buying preferred shares of the shell. Nevada filings show he's the new owner but otcmarkets hasn't updated yet.

I've messaged the new guy and they are working on things.

Does buying preferreds eliminate the need for the "control block"? If it does then I think this new one can be a 25+ bagger

still waiting on a response from Bartnik. They are active on DE SOS, FDA approved, still securing contracts in present day, and have an 8 mil OS. I love this stock tbh and will keep accumulating. One day, $1.00 runner easy

Looking forward to hearing. I'm surprised they haven't put out some PR's. The government contracts and sale of AcQtrac technology is some big stuff. Looks like they're focused on building shareholder value instead of pumping the stock price.

Anywhere in that range is an insane float! After looking through some of the links on here and learning more about the CEO I think $1 is very conservative PPS estimate. I haven't seen any other companies with this share structure at prices this cheap. I wonder how this has stayed under the radar for so long?

Only 30 million AS and 8 million OS. Not sure what float is but has to be very small. Recent $1 million contract. I think reasonable PPS is well over $1. Still doing more research myself here and looks very promising.

Yes SS is incredible.

Also Daniel Bartnik (CEO) and Matt Hopp (sales manager) appear to be the ones leading Vasamed.


Matt is very active on the sales front, google his name and you will see it on many bids and contracts

Looking good here. Appreciate the alert last night. Great share structure and fairly recent $1 million dollar contract. With current updates sky should be the limit. Way undervalued here.

Vasamed still getting contracts and coordinating new partnerships around the world, still attending events, and still active on DE SOS.

Looks like party just getting started here. Even a very small position should pay off nicely. Looks fairly thin to $1.

Company is active on Delaware SOS, has 15-20 employees,. Shocked no one has caught on here.

This is going to blow up one day. We have evidence M*naM*r sold this as a shell early 2019.

positive this is that min*ma* shell I litteraly looked through every non reporting ticker under .10 after I found this took me hours there is NOT ONE other deleware 1992 ticker let alone one that was at 008
