Trulite, Inc. (OTCBB:TRUL) has decided to file with the SEC a Form 15 that suspends the duty of the Company to file reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result, stockholders will no longer have access to current information regarding the Company that would be contained in the periodic reports filed with the SEC. Trulite believes that this change is in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders.
