The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. Expands Its Distribution Network Overseas

The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: TBBC.OB), a producer and marketer of Brainy Baby® line of children’s educational videos and products aimed at early development for preschoolers, today announced that the Company has expanded its distribution network in over 70 countries to now include Ghana and Thailand.

The Company has signed a license agreement with Planet T Distribution, Co. Ltd of Bangkok, Thailand to exclusively replicate and distribute Brainy Baby products throughout Thailand. Planet T Distribution will be replicating the Brainy Baby products including our DVD’s, music CD’s, books, flashcards and games, localizing the products to embody the elements that are culture specific to the Thailand market. The company expects to begin distributing its products in Thailand before the end of the year.

The Company has also signed a multi-year exclusive distribution agreement with e-toys&more® to distribute Brainy Baby products throughout Ghana in West Africa. e-toys&more® is one of the largest educational resource in West Africa specializing in the distribution of award-winning children's interactive educational products from computer and multimedia products to books, toys and puzzles.

In addition, the Company has expanded its licensing agreement with Melrose Kids, Ltd. to begin publishing and marketing a “British English” version of Brainy Baby’s storybooks, games and flashcards throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Melrose Kids, Ltd. has been the Company’s exclusive authorized distributor of Brainy Baby DVD products throughout the U.K. and Ireland for over a year.
