      So if I'm understanding that letter correctly..the company had to reply by the 18th of Oct why they missed filing Financials for the last 2 years, and after that the sec rep would take another 14 days to schedule an interview to determine if the answer is sufficient. If they don't like the answer then TTCM won't be able to trade for up to a year... is that right so effectively by nov 6-8th is we will know how good or horrible this new management team is?

      I'm not sure at this point. We have to wait and see but there is speculation right now that market valuation of all aspects of Artelligence could reach 1/2 trillion.We dont know of course thats all just speculation but we really dont know every aspect of what they are doing and involved with yet. All we have to go off of right now are 8ks and filings are due

      Thought we would never be surprised about the language used by people supposedly representing this company, but…

      Just off of the phone with Mr. Holly. He had already seen it. He thinks that whatever institution made the purchase and gain yesterday triggered this. Fortunately, we now have attorneys who handle this. Also by bringing our filings up to date will take care of this and is the plan. Those iHub folks, who claim they have no interest, own no stock are always in our business. Enjoy your day!

      Who knew the SEC could act that fast? Get a filing made the same day a purchase was made, must be a record for how quickly someone took action.
