Garrett Brown joins TMMI Advisory Board

WILMINGTON,DELAWARE -- November 21, 2012 -TMM, Inc. (Pink Sheet: TMMI) ("TMMI" or "the Company") ispleased to announce the appointment of filmmaker Garrett Brown to its advisoryboard, effective November 1st, 2012.

Garrett Brown is the inventor of theOscar-winning Steadicam™ camera stabilizer that allows cameramen to film whilewalking without the shaking and jostling of a handheld camera. He used it toshoot over a hundred movies including Rocky,The Shining, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Philadelphia, and Return of The Jedi. He has worked withsuch directors as Woody Allen, Hal Ashby, John Alvidsen, Warren Beatty,Jonathan Demme, Terry Gilliam, Stanley Kubrick, Mike Nichols, Frank Oz, JohnSchlesinger, Martin Scorcese and Steven Spielberg.

Mr. Brown was the recipient of Oscarfor Scientific and Technical Achievement from the Academy of Motion PictureArts and Sciences and an Emmy Award from the National Academy of TelevisionArts and Sciences for his invention of the Steadicam.

He holds 50 patents worldwide forcamera devices including: Steadicam Merlin, a miniature version for camcorders;Skycam, the robot camera that flies on wires over sporting events; Mobycam, theunderwater camera that chases the swimmers at the Olympics; the Emmy-award-winning Divecam and the ultra-light aerial film cameracalled SuperFlyCam. His new zeroG technology"floats" tools and reduces workplace injuries.

He made his way by innovation: as anadmen in the 60’s, a filmmaker and inventor in the 70’s, a clandestine radiohumorist in the 80’s and an industry-changing sports videographer in the 90’s,Garrett has recorded for MGM as a folksinger, made TV commercials, shot filmsfor “Sesame Street, and was the other half of the famous ad-lib radio duo forAmerican Express and Molson Beer which was named by Ad Ageas one of 100 "Best Ad Campaigns of the Century”.

A member of the American Society ofCinematographers, the Directors Guild, the Screen Actors Guild and the Academyof Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Garrett has been inducted into the SportsBroadcasting Hall of Fame. His popular lecture on “The Moving Camera” has beenseen at film schools and festivals around the world, including the Media Lab atMIT.
