Soleil Film, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SFLM) announced today that its feature film, "All That I Need," is being released nationwide on multiple screens by Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) through its Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theaters chains on November 4, 2005. Soleil Film expects to begin receiving its share of revenues as early as the second week of December. The deal, estimated to be worth approximately $3 million in gross sales over the initial one week release period, is unique, because it has been contracted directly with Regal Entertainment Group. James Hergott, Producer and Director of the film, commented, "Theatrical releases are generally negotiated by distributors. An agreement like this completely not only defies convention but also validates our efforts in the making and marketing of the film." Regal Entertainment Group is the largest motion picture exhibitor in the world. The Company's theatre circuit, comprising Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theatres, operates 6,273 screens in 558 locations in 40 states. Regal operates approximately 18% of all indoor screens in the United States including theatres in 43 of the top 50 U.S. markets and growing suburban markets. "All That I Need," a Cinema Verite feature in the genre of "The Blair Witch Project," will be released in theaters in Alabama, Arizona, Nevada, California, Florida, New York and Texas from November 4, 2005 through November 10, 2005. If this release is successful, the company has an option for a further wider release with Regal. The company has already begun a media blitz, with an upcoming cover story on Hergott and the film in OC Metro, a magazine with a readership of 300,000 in Orange County, California. "I am ecstatic that James has pulled this off," said Kenneth Eade, company president. "A theatrical release...even a limited one...adds tremendous value to a film." He added, "This is a landmark deal for the company and as such we have committed over $1 million in prepaid radio, television and print advertising to promote this release. We also look forward to using this project to develop an ongoing relationship with Regal Entertainment for our other film projects in the future." About Soleil Film, Inc.
