If you really want to take the tax loss, call your broker and ask them to do a courtesy sale. You will sell it for zero, but the sale gets recorded and you can take the loss in 2021.

Me, I will hold and hope - don't need a tax loss that badly.

This stock is ineligible to take a tax loss on. I contacted brokerages and they said it is still marketable and therefore the only way to sell it is to place a day order and hope that somebody purchase is it but there is no Market maker representation. So if you are a holder of this stock, you cannot even deem it as completely worthless to take a tax loss

Yes apparently this is just going to go to zero. It's a real head-scratcher how a very well-known adult entertainment chain is willing to lose its public listing status simply because they don't want to pay an accountant and attorney to get them OTC pink current information?

This stock has been extremely frustrating to own. Shares get purchased one day and then the stock does nothing for a month or two

How do we get this stock to move ?? It appears Rick’s has no resistance what so ever!! Doesn’t anyone want to make money with this? It’s sinful that in this market with all this company has going for it that no one is willing to take a chance. The owner has to be a BUM.

The company should be doing its own in-house advertising and continuing to update quarterly reports because they are deregistering stocks that are non-reporting. They need to bring this current and when they do, I believe that's when this will explode

Nobody knows anything. All we know is that this stock had a lot of buying interest last week and a very high volume 7 million share session, indicating that positive things we're coming and somebody knew about it. That's all we have to go by right now
