Restaurant Brands International Inc. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 10, 2020 at 130 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1E1, Canada at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations, where applicable.

The Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the following proposals.

Shareholder proposal to report on Restaurant Brands International Inc.’s minimum requirements and standards related to workforce practices.

 

5.

Shareholder proposal to develop a comprehensive policy on plastic pollution and sustainable packaging and issue a report to investors.
