Folks,
From all the comments in the last week or so, is this the (weird) scenario ?:
RSPI is receiving inquiries from βcash-rich pharmaβ as to partnering for 2 or more candidates which are showing excellent profiles in safety and efficacy. The RSPI principles, cognizant of how undervalued the RSPI stock is, decided to purposely go into the Expert Market and then once in, buy back as much stock as possible at ridiculous prices without involvement of the retail market. The longs will still maintain, but will not be able to sell until RSPI returns from EM. So, if I understand what many of you believe, when RSPI returns, the share price will be at least in the penny area, not mill.
I am confused. I understood the FDA completely shot down CX717 for ADHD, yet it is still in the pipeline.

This is an Investment. that means you have to trust the plan, the pipeline, the Ceo, the entity who invested 100k of his own $, And you need to be patient, these things take time. but at the end of the day, you bought shares in a company that you believed has something of value to offer in its pipeline. DoD forked over 1.8 mil in grant $ because they obviously see a potential. ignore the gnats, they are small minded, think large, This is an up and coming BioPharma Company, when it validates what it has, people will kick themselves for listening to the naysayers and bailing for chump change!!! Those who stood strong, will reap the rewards of their Risk! GLTA

Yes, suddenly very quiet today, following the 2 first days in the expert market which, perhaps surprisingly had much activity, price flip-flopping 0.0002 to 0.0011, and βquotedβ briefly at 0.0012. Maybe there was some kind of intervention? They can only let people have so many shares (100s of thousands!) at 0.0002 or 0.0003, when it also trades at 0.001 and 0.0011 (in 100s of thousands as well). Hum, I got a few 100 thousands at 0.0003!

Well said and this is why I am here along with you and others who are looking at the bigger picture!
Any erratic volume on the EM is just that. The price essentially is meaningless at this point. Whether you are in or out has already been decided from a retail investor standpoint. There are always a few looking for scraps and trading those scraps, but anything of size has been decided.
Maybe if they start issuing PR's and 8-k's that provide detail on the go forward strategy and filings wrapping up imminently we might see some of those "sophisticated and professional" investors scoop up shares higher and higher before the company is re-launched back into public trading. When they do the shareprice will be considerably higher, just ask the strong critics who agree and have also stated that. The pipeline assets have not been questioned. They state they are seeking funding in 8-k, the CEO is looking to open purse strings and anyone with half a brain can understand they are at a stage needing investment support heading into likely 3 or more clinical trials in the next 3-9 months is my guess.
They also keyed in on discrete funding channels. The OSA program in Australia has multiple funding sources already lined up now since they seperated those assets from the RSPI entity. I would expect similar actions now with the AMPA and GABA programs. It makes sense right. DOD funding phase 2 for SCI and possibly using the drug for ADHD is a big deal. But that is different market size with different interested investors than say another BP focused on epilepsy or pain management. So that all makes sense. I think I am most curious if they split up AMPA and GABA programs and how. In my opinion KRM-ll-81 is premier exiting preclinicals. That asset would definitely make sense on another exchange. Pharmas are flush with cash. I suspect there are probably many merger candidates flush with cash but failed trials looking for assets to continue drug discovery business. I can see RSPI spin out additional assets rewarding all equity stakeholders in the process with a piece of the pie. There are plenty of paths for sure they can take with this tremendous pipeline. For my money, the shoe fits here. I intend to just tuck these shares away for the long run. I think timing wise with SCI phase 2 upcoming in Q4, we are going to hear more sooner than later. RSPI will want to capitalize on progress and funding/BP sources will want to entertain staking a position before valuation continues to rise as this pipeline progresses. Good luck to all. Enjoy your summer.

Being mainly for the science I am having trouble figuring just what the hell is going on right now. For a time, I didn't know what "EM" was, and when I figured it out, if I will lose it all when RSPI entered EM. I will say it again, this company IMO has an incredible pipeline. If what I suspect for the ampakines turns out, even with almost a billion shares, we should in the dollar/shr range. But as I said, I am a scientist ...

You all can try and explain this away..
But, a pig is a pig, no matter how much lipstick you you dress it up with..
$RSPI is a PIG!!!
EM is never a good thing, STOP trying to justify your long positions.
Move on, why waste your time on this POS!!!
Denial is expected when faced with a total disaster, you longs are seriously sick..

"I have to look around, but I can get info that allows me to make educated guesses"
Do I understand you to mean that they DON'T publish bid and asked prices?
In the US brokers can't, but the Expert Market doesn't prohibit trading and the publication of trade data, from which one might "make educated guesses" before placing their sell orders.
You've said this 5 times. Can you tell me what you mean by it?
"Dr Nasiek deliberately set up a strong disincentive against dilution"
"The Purchase Agreement is with the Dariusz Nasiek and Sara Nasiek, JTTEN and identified a $100,000.00 loan in the form of a Demand Promissory Note and a Warrant exercisable into 33,333,333 shares of RespireRx Common Stock. "
Thanks for all the feedback.

Hey! Do we have anyone here from Canada or has access to the bid / ask quotations on the Expert Market???
For those of you wondering my volume today (by price) says:
475,500 @ .0002
630,000 @ .0008
1,439,000 @.001
15,000 @ .0011 (close price)
I wouldn't get too excited about who got .0002's or even .0008's. It's probably the same tomfoolery that was going on with GSTM before EM- the MM's still swapping shares to artificially drop the PPS, IMO. GLTA, HB.
