These people work in one of the most fragile sector historically. If they quit for something more stable, who can blame them? But quitting at the foot of a massive merger when even they could see things getting far better in the past year, is unfortunate.

Things are likely to become more stable then ever for both worker and shareholders, alike. Truly hope for the best for both parties as the road here has been long and shitty, to put it very, very mildly.

The only concrete info that has come out for this ticker is that it has failed in it's responsibilities to their employees.

Lagan needs to explain what happened. The FOXO deal prevents RNVA from accessing cash in usual ways for one, but no shit, not a good look. Interesting that the MetLife dispute corresponded with the audit, which I would bet turned up some overbillings that Rennova would have then claimed as a credit on that account. MetLife, being a GD insurance company, played hard ball. That's something I want to know more about.

Yea. I am a bit surprised with all of this. I, too, hope this is the last time dedicated employees, etc, are forced to deal with this. I don't know all of the moving parts behind the scenes, but it appeared RNVA had left these types of issues in the rear view mirror a while ago. C'mon Seamus lets get this house in order. I still have high hopes for this company and for the services it could offer to rural communities!

It always starts at the top. So no one to blame but the great ceo. How do you not allocate funds appropriately? First and foremost are the employees. Without the employees you have NO business. Seamus needs to not pay himself for a while. That’s what a decent CEO would do if his company was strapped for money…
