Principal Solar Names Former Oncor Executive Brenda Jackson to Board of Directors

the team
Principal Solar, Inc (PSI; OTC Pink: PSWW), a publicly
traded solar energy holding company executing a unique roll-up
strategy to create the world's first distributed solar utility,
today appointed Brenda Jackson, former chief
customer officer and senior vice president of
Oncor, Texas’ leading electric transmission and
distribution service provider, to its Board of Directors.
Jackson’s expertise and experience in the electric energy
sector will introduce opportunities for PSI
to strengthen its market relationships and enhance
the corporate value proposition.

During her 40-year tenure at Oncor, which serves 10M
customers across the state of Texas, Jackson played a critical role
in customer operations, customer service and
community relations. As senior vice president, she
oversaw a team of more than 100 employees and, indirectly, the
dedicated customer care and revenue management employees of a major
contractor.
Throughout her career, Jackson has served on numerous civic and
community boards, and currently serves on the board of
the Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute at the Juanita J.
Craft Recreation Center.
