BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2014) - The Global Housing Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GLHO) announces that as of Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the start of the trading day, 9:30AM EDT, the Corporation now will trade under its new name, Global Enterprises Group, Inc. The trading symbol GLHO has not changed, but a new CUSIP number of GLHO reflecting this name change is now 37890H107.

Even though this corporate action on the name change is somewhat seamless, certain stock quote websites can take a few days to update servers to recognize the new name associated with the trading symbol, GLHO. Please, be patient if the name change update on certain quote mediums is not immediate.

Management would like to remind shareholders who own their shares in brokerage accounts that this change will be automatic. Certified Shareholders, those who have possession of "The Global Housing Group, Inc." certificates can hold those certificates in the old name and upon conversions, the new name certificates will be changed at that time. There is NO immediate action on "Certified" shareholders to send in old named certificates for new.
