Explanation of Responses:

( 1)

The reporting person was appointed President and a director of the Issuer effective September 18, 2007, pursuant to the terms of a letter agreement dated September 18, 2007 between the Issuer, Hans Bio Shaft Limited and the reporting person. Pursuant to the terms of the letter agreement, 27,000,000 shares of the common stock of the Issuer were issued to the reporting person in partial consideration for the sale and transfer of certain intellectual property rights in respect of a certain waste water treatment plant system by Hans Bio Shaft Limited to the Issuer. The reporting person is the principal shareholder of Hans Bio Shaft Limited.
