The board of directors of People�s Bank of Commerce (OTCBB:PBCO) announced that it has declared its ninth quarterly cash dividend � $0.10 per share. The $0.10 dividend will be paid on June 1, 2008 to shareholders of record May 15, 2008. People�s Bank was organized in 1998 and operates from a main office in Medford and a branch office in Ashland, Oregon. Construction on a third office is nearing completion in Central Point, Oregon, and the bank expects to open in June. At March 31, 2008, the bank reported total assets of $86.5 million, total deposits of $74 million and total shareholders� equity of $11.6 million.
