Panglobal Brands Broadens Distribution

Panglobal Brands Inc. (OTCBB: PNGB) is dedicated to building a
series of apparel brands, consisting of mainly women�s apparel, and
to building brand recognition by marketing its products to fashion
conscious consumers who shop in major department stores and
boutiques. Our SoSik brand and junior apparel can be found
nationwide at Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, Buckle, Mandee, Anchor
Blue, Urban Brands, Forever 21, American Rag and Ross Stores as
well as YM stores in Canada. We have recently accepted our first
order from Nordstrom for our Sosik brand. Our success in the junior
apparel business relies on our ability to continually keep our
products new, fresh and part of what is in fashion. Our
contemporary divisions consist of Hauteur Mynk denim, and Nela and
Tea and Honey dresses. Hauteur Mynk is our trademarked brand name
selling premium denim jeans and is sold at Saks 5th Avenue, will
shortly appear in Nordstrom and is carried by over 150 boutiques
nationwide. Nela designs, and sells women's better dresses using
Italian prints and related fabrics and can be seen at Henri Bendel
and over 90 boutiques. Tea and Honey designs and sells women�s
contemporary dresses and sportswear and currently has orders from
Nordstrom, Nieman Marcus, Anthropologie and over 100 boutiques
nationwide. Tea and Honey products are expected to commence
shipping in May 2008. Based upon our contemporary branded products,
we have manufactured private label women�s apparel for Macy�s,
Sears, Victoria�s Secret, Harold�s, Arden B and Anthropologie.
Panglobal Brands Inc. has year-to-date revenues of $3,800,000 and
currently has a sales order backlog totaling $6,550,000�for
deliveries to retail stores totaling $10,350,000 for this year for
its SoSik,�contemporary and private label apparel divisions. �We
