appreciate you contacting me on the dormant pacv board now sleeping tn a expert market situation .while there may be a parallel here with our beer pinky kegs
approved for an r/s pacv did one recently to little avail as the sp fell from pennies back to trips? pacv only had a o/s at the time of about a billion shares yet showed little concern for shareholders interests and wiped out investors by doing an r/s..time will tell with kegs too bad i have not drank a beer in 8 years missing out on
a highly awarded beer.

sorry I missed your pm.... ive slowly been adding also, picked up a 419k today and some on Tuesday. Revenue should be at least $500k for the quarter (that is minimum) im thinking closer to $600k. We will see by next weekend at the latest where the numbers are.

As far as Brian; He had 625 million shares, then cancelled those shares into monies owed, then transferred that money into shares again. Pretty much he received 3 times his original amount of shares for his original work (whatever it may have been). That is the only "sketchy" thing ive seen so far with that stock.

I am highly highly confident we see more volume next week and I do hope I can come up with some more money to buy more on Tuesday. If not, I have more than enough.

GLTY and I might be in your area next week for a day trip.

my guess is they go private and screw the shareholders, all of us, a complete loss, I just cant believe it. What they did was unthinkable. Meanwhile the business itself will probably survive, how ironic.

Putting money in most of these OTC stocks is more like going to Vegas than real investing. PACV could have been different considering they have or perhaps had real products with revenue and employees. I'm not sure it is dead yet as a company but it might be over for us shareholders. It is extremely rare for companies to make it back when they get demoted to a lower exchange.

PACV I think tomorrow or Monday is the final day of the grace period, It may already be to late to stay on OTC services, even if some filings showup, I am not sure how this works , going from a reporting Corporation, to Expert Markets.

Of course the agreement is still in place, Trillium has not converted much with this volume. And with a low, ownership limitations and such a low share, conversions are pretty small.

They are probably already in default for being late in reporting.

Bad news..
No matter what happens in the next few weeks, the CEO of PACV will never be trusted and has proven to be a terrible leader of a publicly traded company.

PACV has an agreement and court order with Trillium Partners concerning almost $10 million worth of common stock due to them for debts.
What is the status of this agreement? No idea. How much has been paid, if any, and when?

All I know is that if this court ordered agreement is still in progress, the CEO is playing a game with her companies stock.
If PACV gets delisted soon, which is days away, this agreement defaults.

I can't tell if the CEO is preparing for some sketchy market manipulation or if she is letting this default..

No matter what, Shannon is a trash person with personal bankruptcy's, horrible management skills and communication.
My opinion, of course.

From March. The last paragraph is beyond bizarre considering what is known publicly:

LOS ANGELES, CA / March 6, 2024 / Pacific Ventures Group, Inc. (OTC PINK:PACV) (“Pacific Ventures” or the “Company”), a food and beverage holding company specializing in the distribution of consumer food, beverage and alcohol-related products, today announced that, in furtherance of the success of its ongoing balance sheet restructuring, the Company has completed payments on its long-standing debt obligation to BNA Investment Capital, LLC and TRA Capital, LLC.

“We are excited and proud to have paid off what started out as a $400,000 debt to BNA and TRA, and it reinforces our commitment to, and the success of, our ongoing balance sheet restructuring efforts,” stated Shannon Masjedi, President and CEO of Pacific Group Ventures.The fully repaid obligation to BNA Investment Capital and TRA Capital relates to a settlement agreement that arose from litigation that began in 2020.

“Our recent successes in restructuring our balance sheet have begun to yield increased cash flow available for our operations, which, we are convinced, will place our operating subsidiaries in a more favorable posture for increasing sales.” This further prepares and aligns with the Company’s goal of moving to a higher trading platform in the near future.
