Orbit Drop, Inc. (Pink Sheets: OBDP) has announced that the new UFOC and Franchise Agreement being developed by the Law Firm of Don M. Drysdale has been completed. Orbit Drop will start granting franchises in non- registration states immediately. At the same time, the UFOC and Franchise Agreements will be filed in all 14 registration states and 5 exemption states.
