OneLink Corporation Renews Focus on Core Business
November 16 2006 - 8:00AM
Business Wire
OneLink Corporation (OTCBB: OLNK) today reiterated its focus on its
core transaction processing business providing integrated
distribution and settlement processing services. The events of the
past 60 days, including the planned divestiture of the companys
call centers, have allowed the company to evaluate and reduce
personnel-intensive costs and deploy its resources back into its
high value business model. OneLink management had previously made
a decision to divest its call centers and spin-out the CCRA travel
marketing business unit as the first OneLink transaction processing
customer, said Bill Guerin, chairman and chief executive officer
of OneLink Corporation. OneLinks lender action of selling the
Reservation Center, Inc. subsidiary moves us more rapidly beyond
our success with CCRA and to focus our business development
initiatives with other travel marketing organizations, distribution
partners and travel providers in the U.S. and abroad. As the
company has previously discussed, it intends to target domestic and
international distribution partners that can most immediately take
advantage of its current pre-paid hotel content and financial
settlement services within their client offering. OneLink continues
to engage in efforts to raise growth capital and expand its
services globally. OneLink has experienced a growing industry
interest this quarter, and even though the events of the past few
months may have put us somewhat behind schedule, we fully expect a
strong showing in 2007, concluded Guerin. About OneLink
