OMV Starts Sales Process for Potential Divestment of Business in Germany

OMV AG said Thursday that it would start the sales process for
the potential divestment of its filling-station business in
Germany.
The Austrian energy company's subsidiary OMV Deutschland GmbH
operates a network of 287 filling stations in southern Germany, it
said.
